  I was a student here. The owner and instructor was very nice. They take their time to teach you well so you can understand. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking into CNA or dialysis technician classes. They are awesome!

  They are great at taking your money, and then figuring out how they can keep it. Cheated me form 200 bucks the week before christmas, they could NOT help me, only give me an address in florida to write a letter to. The people act nice but they have no power to do anything except take deposits and open credit cards.

  This daycare is by far the worst daycare I’ve ever dealt with. While i was Enrolling my daughter, 2 parents were arguing in front of the children. I guess they had relations with the same man and had some words for each other. She also let parents come in periodically and help her with the kids. I don’t trust strangers with my kid. You don’t know what people motives are with other people children. I was concerned about my daughter’s safety. My daughter was there for only 2 months. The director did not give me a proper tour of the daycare and did a very poor job of informing me how she operates. She closed every day that it snowed even when the schools were open she was closed. She did not inform me that the daycare was closed until i walked up to the door and realized there was no daycare. She claims her daycare is listed on Fox 2 news in regards to the daycare being closed or that it was on FB. And that information was given to me last minute. Not everyone is on FB and not everyone watches the news. I prefer an email or text. She does everything last minute including cashing check but wants to charge a late Fee if you don’t pay her on time. I wrote Her a check 2 weeks ago she’s just now cashing it. This daycare was an inconvenience to me because i work Every day and she finds any reason to be closed. I do Agree with paying a daycare a flat rate every week and some of those days out of the week, this daycare was closed. Our last interaction, she was upset because i didnt Give her a 2 week notice in regards to taking my daughter out of her daycare. When i told her my daughter was not coming back, she called me unprofessional because i didn’t give her a 2 week notice. But i did tell her in advance i was looking for a new daycare. However, she does not give me any notices if her daycare is closed for the day. When i went To pick up my daughter’s last items, she wanted me to sign my cdc info so that she can get paid. Which is fine. However, i sign Her out in and out every day. Why am i signing Her hours again? I never Had to deal with that anywhere else I’ve been. She snatched the pen out my hand once i was Done signing everything. Oh yeA, if you get assistance through the state. She’s going to continue to harass you about turning in the 4025 form although you may have told her you turned that info in already. Everybody knows it takes time for dhs to put things in the system. But this provider did not care. She needs to hire more people because she asked my sister who also picked my daughter up to take the trash out. If I’m paying you weekly, do not ask my sister or anyone for that matter especially a woman to take out your trash. Hire someone to do it. I really do not like this daycare. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL DAYCARE I’ve ever dealt with. This is Based on MY personal experience.

  Richard is complete garbage I called him this morning and when he answered he screamed hello like I was an inconvenience to him. Then he mad me explain what was going on, only to tell me he isn't willing to drive one county over. On top of it his assistant who answered the phone screamed hello in the phone. Not friendly and completely unprofessional. I dont even write reviews but I made sure I went out of my way so none of you hire this ass clown.
